Subscribers will receive promotional and informational text messages regarding our local e-bike initiative, special offers, and store updates from JBird Bikes via short code or toll-free/local numbers.
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and ongoing campaigns, but will typically not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your text plan.
Our messaging service is available across all major United States mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
