At JBird Bikes, we value your privacy as much as we value precision. We only collect information you voluntarily provide (like your name or phone number) to facilitate repairs or test-rides. We never sell your data to third parties.
All bikes brought in for service receive a free diagnostic. Labor is warranted for 30 days. JBird Bikes is not responsible for bikes left longer than 30 days after repair completion.
New bikes include professional assembly and a 25-point safety check. Due to the custom nature of our "Pro-Builds," all sales are final once the bike leaves the shop, but we stand by our work with local technical support.
