All new bikes sold at JBird Bikes include our exclusive JBird Pro-Build — professional assembly, no-flat tire sealant, and a 30-day full labor warranty. We want you to love your bike.
📅 30-day return window on all new bikes purchased in-store, unused and in original condition.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date
- Bike must be unused, unridden, and in original condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Full refund or exchange at customer's choice
- Exchange for a different model available within 30 days
- Ridden or used bikes are not eligible for return — see warranty below
- Bikes with damage caused by rider are not eligible for return
- Bikes purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible

- Warranty claims handled in-store at 2336 St. Louis Street, New Orleans
- JBird labor warranty covers all adjustments, tuning, and workmanship
- Manufacturer warranty covers defective parts — we handle the claim on your behalf
- Free tune-up included 6 months after new bike purchase
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains)
- Warranty does not transfer to a second owner
Used bikes at JBird Bikes start at $150 and are inspected and serviced before sale. All used bikes include a 3-month JBird warranty covering defects in the bike as sold.

All repairs begin with a free diagnostic. We provide a clear quote before any work begins — no surprises, no hidden fees.

⚠️ Important: Customers are required to sign a waiver releasing the shop from responsibility for repair issues not included in the original diagnostic. Any additional issues found during repair will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
All returns and warranty claims are handled in-store. We do not process returns or warranty claims by mail at this time.
