All new bikes sold at JBird Bikes include our exclusive JBird Pro-Build — professional assembly, no-flat tire sealant, and a 30-day full labor warranty. We want you to love your bike.

Warranty Coverage

Every bike sold at JBird Bikes comes with warranty coverage. Here's a full breakdown:

Used Bike Policy

Used bikes at JBird Bikes start at $150 and are inspected and serviced before sale. All used bikes include a 3-month JBird warranty covering defects in the bike as sold.

Repair & Service Policy

All repairs begin with a free diagnostic. We provide a clear quote before any work begins — no surprises, no hidden fees.

⚠️ Important: Customers are required to sign a waiver releasing the shop from responsibility for repair issues not included in the original diagnostic. Any additional issues found during repair will be quoted separately before work proceeds.

How to Make a Return or Warranty Claim

All returns and warranty claims are handled in-store. We do not process returns or warranty claims by mail at this time.
